Friendship Family is an outreach program to minister to first-year Chinese college students in GR. Unlike high school students, they do not have host families and typically stay in college dormitories. They need to settle down and find good churches. They are interested in American culture and desire to know American families. The friendship family program matches each family with 1-2 Chinese college students so that the students may adjust to the new environment and also worship with us if possible. Typical activities may include inviting them for meals, giving them rides for grocery shopping and Sunday morning worship services, etc. Chinese Fellowship will work with the friendship families in helping these students.
